2. Shipping Costs

That's right—no minimum purchase required. We believe everyone deserves cute animal socks without paying extra for delivery.
International Orders (outside Europe):
- Shipping costs calculated at checkout based on destination and weight
- Typically ranges from €5-€15
3. Processing Time
Order Processing: 1-3 business days
Once you place your order, our team gets to work immediately:
- Day 1: Order confirmed and prepared
- Day 2-3: Quality check and packaging
- Day 3: Handed to shipping carrier
Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Need it faster? Contact us within 2 hours of ordering if you have special timing requests, and we'll do our best to help!
4. Delivery Times
Standard Shipping (FREE): 🇪🇺 Within Europe: 7-15 business days 🌍 International: 15-30 business days
Express Shipping (where available): ⚡ Within Europe: 5-7 business days ⚡ International: 7-14 business days
Important Notes:
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.)
- Weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days
- Remote or rural areas may experience slightly longer delivery times
- Customs clearance can add 3-7 days for non-EU orders
5. Order Tracking
Every order includes FREE tracking! 📍
How it works:
- Once your order ships, you'll receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with your tracking number
- Click the tracking link or copy the number to the carrier's website
- Monitor your package's journey in real-time

Tracking not updating? Don't worry! Sometimes there's a 24-48 hour delay before the first scan appears. If it's been longer than 3 days with no updates, reach out to us.
6. Shipping Carriers
We partner with trusted carriers to ensure safe delivery:

- National postal services (La Poste, Correos, Deutsche Post, etc.)
International Deliveries:

Note: The carrier is selected automatically based on your location for optimal speed and reliability.
7. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For EU Customers: ✅ VAT/IVA is included in all prices ✅ No surprise customs fees within the EU ✅ Smooth, hassle-free delivery
For UK Customers:
- Prices include VAT where applicable
- Orders under £135 have no additional customs charges
- Orders over £135 may be subject to import duties (customer's responsibility)
For Non-EU/UK International Customers:
- You may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or VAT in your country
- These fees are NOT included in our prices or shipping costs
- Charges vary by country and are collected by your local customs authority
- Please check with your local customs office for estimated costs
We have no control over these fees and cannot predict exact amounts.
8. Delivery Issues
Package Not Delivered?
If tracking shows "Delivered" but you didn't receive it:
- Check with neighbors or building reception
- Look around your property (sometimes carriers leave packages in safe spots)
- Contact your local post office with your tracking number
- If still not found, email us within 7 days at support@sockszoo.com
Package Delayed?
Occasional delays happen due to:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier capacity during peak seasons
- Customs inspections
- Incorrect address provided
What we'll do:
- Investigate with the carrier
- Provide updates every 48 hours
- Reship or refund if package is confirmed lost (after carrier investigation)
Package Damaged or Incorrect Item?
Oh no! We're so sorry if this happens.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item/packaging or incorrect item
- Brief description of the issue
We'll immediately:
- Send a replacement (free shipping)
- OR issue a full refund
- Provide a prepaid return label if needed
No hassle, no questions asked. Your satisfaction is our priority! 💛
9. Address Changes
Before Shipping: Contact us within 2 hours of placing your order to update your address. After that, orders are processed and we can't make changes.
After Shipping: Once the package is with the carrier, we cannot change the delivery address. You may be able to redirect it through the carrier's website (check your tracking portal).
Wrong Address Provided: We're not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers. Please double-check your shipping details before completing checkout!
Pro Tip: Use address autofill to avoid typos!
10. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (wrong address, unclaimed, refused), we'll contact you to:
- Confirm the correct address
- Arrange reshipping (customer covers shipping costs for the second attempt)
- OR process a refund (minus original shipping costs if applicable)
11. Lost Packages
If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier:
- We'll file a claim on your behalf
- Once approved (usually 5-10 business days), we'll either reship your order or issue a full refund
- You don't pay anything extra

12. Peak Season Shipping
During busy periods (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas), please allow:
- Extra 2-3 days processing time
- Extra 3-5 days delivery time
We always update our website with current timeframes during peak seasons. Plan ahead for gift-giving!
13. PO Boxes & Military Addresses
✅ Yes, we ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses!
Delivery times may be longer (typically +5-7 days). Please ensure you provide the complete and correct address format.
14. Multiple Item Orders
All items in your order ship together in one package whenever possible. If items come from different warehouses, you may receive multiple shipments (each with its own tracking number).
15. Order Signature Requirements
Most deliveries do not require a signature. However, high-value orders or certain destinations may require someone to be present to sign.
If you won't be home, the carrier will typically:
- Leave a note with pickup instructions
- Attempt delivery again the next day
- Hold at a local pickup point
Check your tracking for carrier-specific instructions.
